My friends, Just had to vent my thoughts !

Last night we witnessed the elimination of the 10th amendment to the constitution .... we all know that some things needed to be changed and proper oversight put in place, but not a complete takeover of the health care system by the federal government. Next on the list is the 2nd and 14th amendments ( hold on for the ride ) it is going to get "UGLY".

We al know that the Government can't manage anything properly ....look at the postal service and Amtrack, the so call "jobs bill", energy costs ..........the list goes on and on.

This is just the beginning of things to come as this administration moves closer and closer to Socialism and nationalizing of the entire Country. Yes, there may be some changes and alterations, but in the end the Government has complete control. They are operation right out of Venezuela's playbook and have become so corrupt that our Children and grandchildren will never be able to pay for it.

***Look for 5 to 6 dollar gas prices ..... taxes and inflation will swallow us whole just to begin paying for all of this. Life as we knew it, no longer exists unless we stand up and clean house come November.

*********Just last nights changes will add 126 new offices and these new laws will be enforced by the 15.000 new IRS people .....BIG BROTHER IS ALIVE AND WELL !!!!!!

So this is what we want for our next President? I can't believe anyone will or has given any thought to vote for him.

The fact that he claims his grandfather taught him at the age of two (?) that you put your hand over your heart during the Pledge of Allegiance and not when you sing the National Anthem is astounding. If he can remember when he was two, then he really is an extraordinary person.

How Current is This?

(a) Designation.— The composition consisting of the words and music known as the Star-Spangled Banner is the national anthem.

(b) Conduct During Playing.— During a rendition of the national anthem—

(1) when the flag is displayed—

(A) all present except those in uniform should stand at attention facing the flag with the right hand over the heart;

(B) men not in uniform should remove their headdress with their right hand and hold the headdress at the left shoulder, the hand being over the heart; and

(C) individuals in uniform should give the military salute at the first note of the anthem and maintain that position until the last note; and

(2) when the flag is not displayed, all present should face toward the music and act in the same manner they would if the flag were displayed.

On Wednesday the Obama administration took its first major step in a plan to ban all firearms in the United States. The Obama administration intends to force gun control and a complete ban on all weapons for US citizens through the signing of international treaties with foreign nations. By signing international treaties on gun control, the Obama administration can use the US State Department to bypass the normal legislative process in Congress. Once the US Government signs these international treaties, all US citizens will be subject to those gun laws created by foreign governments. These are laws that have been developed and promoted by organizations such as the United Nations and individuals such as George Soros and Michael Bloomberg. The laws are designed and intended to lead to the complete ban and confiscation of all firearms.

The Obama administration is attempting to use tactics and methods of gun control that will inflict major damage to our 2nd Amendment before US citizens even understand what has happened. Obama can appear before the public and tell them that he does not intend to pursue any legislation (in the United States) that will lead to new gun control laws, while cloaked in secrecy, his Secretary of State, Hillary Clinton is committing the US to international treaties and foreign gun control laws. Does that mean Obama is telling the truth? What it means is that there will be no publicized gun control debates in the media or votes in Congress. We will wake up one morning and find that the United States has signed a treaty that prohibits firearm and ammunition manufacturers from selling to the public. We will wake up another morning and find that the US has signed a treaty that prohibits any transfer of firearm ownership. And then, we will wake up yet another morning and find that the US has signed a treaty that requires US citizens to deliver any firearm they own to the local government collection and destruction center or face imprisonment.

This is not a joke nor a false warning. As sure as government health care will be forced on us by the Obama administration through whatever means necessary, so will gun control.

Silence will lead us to Socialism.

For too long we have been complacent about the workings of Congress. Many citizens had no idea that (1) Congress members could retire with the same pay after only one term; (2) that they didn't pay into Social Security; and (3) that they specifically exempted themselves from many of the laws they have passed (such as being exempt from fear of prosecution for sexual harassment. Congress's latest game is to exempt themselves from the Healthcare Reform Bill that is being considered. Somehow, this doesn't seem logical. We do not have an elite that is above the law.

I truly don't care if members of Congress are Democrat, Republican, independent, liberal, conservative, progressive or whatever. The self-serving must stop. The below listed proposed 28th Amendment to the U.S. Constitution would do that. This is an idea whose time has come.

          Proposed 28th Amendment to the United States Constitution:

         "Congress shall make no law that applies to the citizens of the United States that does not apply equally to the Senators and Representatives; and Congress shall make no law that applies to the Senators and Representatives that does not apply equally to the citizens of the United States.?

         This is fair, to the point and non-partisan. Who could be against it? Congress, that's who.

        Copy and paste or send link to everyone you know and ask them to send to their respective elected official. Do something to help yourself!

The origin of this site was brought about by an event that happened to me in 2001; it is structured to give an example of the uncaring manner in which the institutions we work for one way or the other and how we give them the leverage to undermine our lives. The incredible act of no congressional controls; lack of business ethics and out and out pilfering by corporate executives contributes to the destruction of every fiber of the work force.

We allow this to happen hardheartedly because we feel safe and secure in our own little worlds thinking it will never happen to us. We go through life acting as if everything is just rosy. We struggle in our everyday existence to meet all of the demands of our lives and corporate demands; only to allow the greedy banks to take our very lives, friends and families away from us. The word accountability has been removed from the Executive title. They no longer have to be held accountable for their actions and they feel they're above the law. The banks and their despicable rules and regulations allow them to practically get away with murder. They're allowed to buy, sell, merge and place businesses in bankruptcy without regards to business ethics and respect for human life.

You know the ones I'm talking about, the ones that have the million dollar CEOs. The ones that embezzle millions from you, me and close down businesses because their profit margins are not quite what they expect, or they got caught in uncompromising business circumstances. Unless you face reality and continue to live in your delusional worlds and think that every thing is okay, you will wake up and find yourself in my shoes, then cry... what went wrong? What happened? What will I do now? There are no direct answers as everyone has a different set of goals, circumstances and convictions. However; you can help to reduce this cancer in upper management and corporations by getting involved.

Let me tell you my story and see if it fits your life history, then ask yourself in all honesty... are you ready for it to happen to you?

Some may view this as a pity party, boring, or being just bitter as a friend of mine pointed out or just don't care. However; there is something to learn from my story for everyone. All I want is what I paid for and not to be lied to or shafted by corporate or the government.
